delete temp files
- delete recent files
- delete intenet histories and cookies
- use a good speed optimizer like DAP,IDM, internet cyclone etc.
- uninstall unused software that are using your internet connection
Log on your computer in administrative accounts
- start> run> type gpedit.msc
- expand local computer policy
- expand administrative templates
- expand network branch
- highlight the QOS scheduler
- double click limit reservable setting
- check the enabled item
- change bandwidth% to read 0 "Zero"
